I would recommend just being very careful about what you may read/feel into situations with women. Women love to feel like they are helping someone, I think we all do. But women are really only qualified to help children and (please don't take offense I have a point to make) the disabled.

When people are in a vulnerable situation and need to rely on someone and they are helpful our brains start to associate their efforts with actual caring/compassion (especially if they are pretty).

Of course you have to be somewhat caring and compassionate to help take care of someone, but it seems our biology kicks in and we start to catch feels for that person. We may start to feel as though they are truly caring for us and it feels good and we may start reading things improperly. Some women absolutely want to elicit this response from you. It gives them attention and makes them feel powerful.

So, in short, if you have to depend on a female for help, you should try to be double diligent in your MGTOW thinking. Remind yourself that no matter how nice she is, at the end of the day this is a professional relationship. When you do this, she may even try harder to crack you (without her even realizing).

Remember that, when a man isn't interested in a woman, this makes them try harder. They may make comments to see if she can break through like "are you always so (shaming word)" {mean, cranky, cold, difficult, rude}

There is a million ways she can try this but she will try. And she will also begin to pull back and do the bare minimum because she doesn't feel you're grateful enough for her work. But shes being paid and she wouldn't be there for free and there will always be another one. Being disabled doesn't mean you should have to kiss ass to get help. You can be thankful in a professional way. If she has to get your books say "Thank you for getting the books" but in a very formal way.

EDIT: And BTW, bipolar probably isn't the correct diagnosis. Women are highly narcissistic and have a push/pull going on in every relationship they have. If they do this enough, they are BPD (Borderline Personality). Yes, BPD and bipolar can be co-morbid (they have both) but the BPD is the part that makes them feel like they desperately love helping people, but really its the attention and status and gratitude they get from it that feels so good. The problem is when don't accept you for who you are and continue to work with you. You might be cold or distant or whatever, but she has a job to do. If they start pushing/shaming you into giving them gratitude 'or else' they will quit, then you're dealing with a person who's ego is more important to her than the job shes doing. If that's the case, she's feeding off of your situation to make herself look good/feel good. She's already getting paid, if that isn't enough for her, then she could be BPD.

Uh, if you're a minor you should definitely have a same-sex assistant if that person is touching you in ANY way.
