Went to court, mom got a couple more days. I see this is eventually going to go to 50/50, which I guess is what most dads would love to have, but without going into all the details, I wanted more than 50. We go back to court next month for further GAL analysis and what I believe a final determination.

That being said, can my attorney challenge the GALs recommendation? She said she could, but I was basically given what the GAL recommended my attorney, whereas the first time she asked if I was ok with what was presented.

Since the court is over, I obviously can't challenge this, as it's an amended temp agreement. Are they more likely to challenge the final judgment? I'd be willing to bet everything I own that the GAL is leaning towards going 50/50 in the end. In fact, the last time I brought my daughter to meet with her, she said said my spouse wants more than 50 plus primary parental rights, which she (GAL) said "isn't going to happen unless something drastic happens", which I took to mean abuse/domestic, or something to that effect.

Sorry for the rant, I'm just so over this and a few other things that have hit my life all at one time.
