in need of a post divorce vacation -- suggestions?

slightly a-typical post ... long time lurker, first time poster ...

Cliff notes: I (35M) just finalized my divorce w/my ex (42F) on 11/14. Together for 10 years, married for 6, no kids. Things started unwinding 4 years ago. Overall the process was pretty amicable, took about 8 months from when i flied until D-Day. I think i came out of it "ok" both emotionally and financially.

Between then and now, I got involved in a re-bound relationship with the girl who i thought was the love of my life. without going into the details, it got super intense, really quick -- it was a major emotional roller coaster ...and 2 weeks ago, I ended it for good. So i finalized my divorce and broke up w/my now ex-gf in the same two weeks. FUN!

Anyway ... i REALLY need a vacation. I need to decompress, focus on myself, read some books, get a tan, and meet some new people. I used to love going on vacations with my ex and just chatting up random people at the pool.

Any suggestions for an outgoing 35 year old single guy? Looking for someplace warm by the ocean in February ... looking for specific cities (central america, carribean, south pacific) with a good balance of being able to veg-out and unplug, but also have singles to interact with

I.E., not looking for a resort where there will only be couples, nor do i want to be in a college spring break environment. (also not really in the mood for an adventure of like hiking through the jungle ...i want a great hotel with an awesome pool where i can just chill)

Any thought or places you've gone when you're divorce was finally over?

I have a TON of frequent flier miles, so really, i could go anywhere in the world just need a great place to stay!

Thanks for the advice and hope you're all finding your own slices of happiness through your Divorces!
