You should talk to an attorney, but I'll offer some advice. I'm going by California rules.
If she earns more, she'll have to give you spousal support. How much varies state by state, county by county. Don't be one of those guys. Ask for it!
You can sell the house and split proceeds or she can keep the house but she'll need to buy out your share. The market is pretty good so it's a good time for that. This is assuming you bought it during the marriage.
Anyway, if she's making more than you, you're in good shape. Talk to a few attorneys. Usually, most have a free consult. You need to talk to someone in your county. Also, start documenting stuff. For example, scan or make copies of her W2s, bank statements, etc. before you lose access to this stuff.
