Because cis men do have privilege over women and all afab people. You aren't oppressed for your biology, you don't have to be worry about being murdered for your birth sex. You aren't constantly seeing incels call you "femoids". You aren't constantly seeing cis men GREATLY misunderstand and be disgusted by your anatomy. There has never been a time in history where it was legal for wives to rape their husbands, but only a few decades ago it was still legal for husbands to rape their wives. Women have long been considered their husbands property, men have never been considered their wives property.
