Here is my story

I am reporting an abusing behaviour of this business. This car battery specialist was asked to change my battery. He accepted gladly in the beginning, once we tried to move the car, it didn’t start. Because of the battery obviously, he was quick observing on that looking on how the situation developed. Once to the car, he told me it will cost 130€ to change it. The cost of my battery is between 80€ and 120€ in here, this is one, the second one is that my battery, which is big, is also sold around 20€ easily in the region and I was offering it to him. So I asked innocently if he can do me a price for that. The guy, arrogantly, packed his material, told me to go look for myself in the middle of nowhere. I still insisted on him to gently explain to me what’s happening, he kept walking to his workshop ignoring me completely, and disrespecting me all the way. Customers should know of this kind of workers and this kind of behaviour that they will be confronted to once visiting this “super specialist” shop and workers. This behaviour is abusive and should never be tolerated. Neither by the customers nor the bosses and especially not by authorities. He is making me wait in here in the parking of the service for 1 hour already, it’s 35 degrees here and I can’t go nowhere, all because of him, having my battery, having an eccentric ego and trying to ruin my life. The only thing he is ruining by this is his business. After 2 hours waiting for my insurance to come, they didn’t have my battery and still asked gently for the battery. Another worker told them everything is fine so that they can go and fix my car. Once my insurance left, return to stade 0, where they refused to mount the battery. Costing me even more time. Goes in hand with mentioning the threats and the aggressiveness of all the workers. The best part of it is that it is all recorded in a video tape.
