I found that they tend to change their tune when it benefits them so I can assume most if not all who have set up any kind of financial gain from it, don't really hold those views, just make money off of them. I like Greta Aurora, but I found some of her older videos where the true views surface - it's mostly seen when they speak of male to female transsexuals and their anti-male bias shows.
tl;dr I'm not quick to blindly trust, because I've seen red-flags.
