The reason is actually clear and simple.

Leadership positions are white collar jobs and feminists push the agenda that men make all the decisions and those decisions don't empower women, etc etc. Positions on boards and the like are "safe" positions. You're not getting attacked by bears or the like and you can dress up.

Actual blue collar, high risk jobs are low grade jobs and seen as slave jobs. If you are working on the high seas catching fish, or up a power pole, you might as well be in the kitchen making a sandwich.

The "gender pay gap" is a classic misrepresentation of facts. It has been shown time and time again that the higher paying professions are generally male dominant due to the risk or skill required. No-one talks about the "spending pay gap" where in a couple, the woman spends 80% of the money...

As always, remember to apply the rule of life "a man's world is ruled by pride, and a woman's world is ruled by fear and jealousy"

tbh ive always thought that was very sexist and biased. like why dont u push for people who are actually intelligent in that job but not the gender? I swtg every company has to accept women now days that aren't even good at that job for "diversity" just cus of feminism smh

White, black, brown, man, woman, trans, binary or whatever the fuck you identify as, as long as you're qualified and good at your job then you should not be discriminated. Forced diversity quota do nothing but punish talented people just because of their race or gender, it promotes people who may not be good at their job just so that the companies or government can show off how woke they are.
