obviously staged/fake, but some women actually believe this as truth, they do somekind of once a week self defence class in local community sports hall or something and genuinely think they are a force to be reckoned with and that any attacker will be quashed do their superior "skills"

however in reality when your using your techniques against an enraged and violent man it doesn't go quite as it did with your best friend tracy who was willing and compliant during your "class"

The biggest tell of uselessness of female self defence is their "guard" i have seen so many videos where women hold their hands out (like she does in the video) which absolutely shows just how utterly useless they actually are.

guard like that, the hands and arms are so weak and unprepared fro force that you can literally punch through it, i.e if you actually punch her guard her arm is travelling with your fist and smacking her face/body together. its basically a "Guard that has never been used ever" signal.

anyone who does combat sports and guards a lot knows your guard has to be solid, because its literally taking as battering of force from the opponent so its close to your body and in a position so when hit it doesnt move out the way like a limp noodle.
