Florida police chase ends after vehicle goes airborne, crashes into car dealership

The 24-year-old driver of the car, identified by police as Jennifer Carvajal, is now facing charges including DUI and reckless driving following the crash Sunday morning in Seffner. Carvajal was on probation for a previous DUI manslaughter conviction at the time of the incident and a 22-year-old passenger who was thrown from her vehicle has died, according to FOX13.

Who the fuck gets probation on DUI manslaughter of all things?! You can’t look at this and tell me they somehow didn’t give Carvajal a slap on the wrist the first time she killed someone, and it’s obvious they took it easy on her because she was a teenage girl. A male teenager who killed somebody while DUI would still be locked-up, but someone in the court system must’ve felt pity on her and allowed for her to be released on probation early, and now someone else is dead at her hands. You can’t look at this and honestly tell me she didn’t receive preferential treatment in sentencing from her first conviction because she’s female. But because the court failed to exercise gender impartiality, another person is dead because of Carvajal. She never should’ve been out on the streets, she should’ve still been in prison and would’ve still been in prison if it weren’t for the pussy pass.
