Not having the money to pay a woman an amount based on your prior income you no longer can earn is not a legitimate men's excuse.

1 in 8 men in South Carolina jails are there for failure to pay child support. They are not given court appointed lawyers until they are $10k behind and most are arrested and lose their job way before that limit making it extremely difficult to pay.

Mothers are more likely to not pay fathers than visa versa, but women are rarely jailed for it.

Looks like Roscoe finally got one over on the Duke boys with those Alimony payments. I guess even the General Lee can't outrun the corruption in the family court system. Lets hope Uncle Jesse can come up with a way to get 'em out of this jam.

Just because she became accustomed to it while they were together, doesn't mean she's entitled to it when it's over. That's like sending a bill to the butcher after the steak is gone. "well I became accustomed to eating it, so I'm entitled to have it for free now"
