If the main driving force behind biased family court was because of the IV-D funding, is there a similar driving force equivalent for metoo?

By driving force here, i specifically mean the actual beneficiary in economic or industry type of sense.

I apology if my inability to use the proper word here, but if the IV-D funding makes a 60 billion industry, and if this is the reason behind all the biased family court decision, then is there a industry behind the metoo movement that benefit from it too? If so what benefit do they have for convicting falsely accused victim? What institution is the beneficiary?
