This is why judges should be elected in, another thing considering how no punishment was given for her action. Since the judge is so confident she will not reoffend, if she does do another drinking and driving offence or any altercation with the law. He would be held liable, can be personally sued and do the time. Let’s see if these judges are so sure of giving out these light Punishments.
