I have been working in consulting for years now. Thing is, a lot of women I work with are just so toxic and sexist, but whenever the proverbial "sh*t hits the fan" they do a complete 180. Example: I am very strong in sales, especially regarding sales pitches. Everytime the stakes are high, those same girls who keep shitting on men on social media and who feel entitled to my attention (which they don't get. Don't give them ammunition for false accusations) come crawling. After I saved the day, they go back to ignoring me and acting like I'm a huge asshole for not following them on Instagram.

They get bonus points for being gropy and pushy when drunk. That happened a lot to me as well. Bottom line: They need our attention and they need us to get the real work done, but they are so full of themselves they don't even see it. It really ruins my perspective of women and relationships in general.
