Guys, reaching out because I (36) am absolutely sick and tired of my ex wife(36) not letting me see my daughter(7) since she is playing the covid game. She has absolutely made the joke out of the visitation orders which states that I should be visiting my daughter over the weekends. Didn't let me see my daughter in person for past five months and just let me have regular facetimes,. meanwhile she did let my daughter goto school, visit her parents during Thanksgiving and new years.

I have been mentally, emotionally and financially drained going through back and forth with this woman through my lawyers.

The only thing I have which I think I can use against her is a video recording of her yelling, and throwing my phone down from my hand. This incident happened back in may 2019 at my apartment in front of my daughter and my friend. She was threating to deport me as well ( I am a US Citizen now so worries). To summarize the incident, its like watching women transforming into a super Karen. In the video she also acknowledges for kicking me in the balls(the actual kicking part is not in the video but the abuse did happen).

My question to you my fellow men, how can I use this video? Am I too late on this ?

Please note, I love my daughter. she is a non-verbal and is blessed with autism spectrum.. she is super attached with her mother my only worry is if something happens with her mom (my fucking ex) my love will be emotionally scared. This is the main reason I didn't bring charges against her in the first place.
