Generally women aren't as good as men in sports.
I don't watch them anymore but people want to see great games and players with skill. If someone wants to see 'sweaty women getting all rough' there are places they can get it for free.
We certainly don't want to see an old, washed up lesbian kiss her 'girlfriend' or whatever after a gaggle F of a soccer game.
Ultimately, they do NOT bring in the number of fans and butts in seats that men's sports does.
Pay for ANY job is based on personal subjective skills and experience in that job with other variables; personal merit.
Men and women don't think the same. Given the same goal, a man and woman might reach it at different times and even with different methods. We don't have the same work ethic.

According to the wall street journal, USA women's soccer games have generated more revenue for the USSF than the US mens games from 2015 to 2018 when the wall street journal released this report.

The rest of your post about sweaty women, and old washed up lesbians just seems kind of petty and contemptuous towards women.
