Let's just say a soldier sacrifices himself while saving a child who was being attacked by a terrorist. Does that soldier not deserve a mention in international men's day or anything just because he was not 'oppressed'?

A person might be oppressed in one aspect but holy fuck there are ALOT of factors out there. You might be 'oppressed' but you're still more privilaged than ALOT of men out there if you count out ALL THE FACTORS. You aren't more privilaged than the MAN WHO COMMITED SUICIDE BUT WAS NOT 'OPPRESSED'.

Stop partitioning out one shit from thousands of factors and painting yourself as the primary victim. You're not!
