Not sure if it's on topic but I was wondering why we don't have better therapies for male baldness. At the age of 30 about 60% of men had experienced at least a certain degree of hair loss. The most effective therapy is hair transplant but you need to do 2-4 of them and it can cost you more than 10k. Finasteride is the most common drug used for male baldness but it's still not as effective as I wish it was. We're able to send men on the moon, probes into outer space but apparently we can't find a real solution to male hair loss.
