Forget his advice, if the woman is worthy of dating and she has a kid, is it really an obstacle? If you're under 26 and dating similar ages, then yes avoid single mothers. If you're ready to settle down and commit it shouldn't be a problem. He just sells that "alpha" bullshit thinking it makes you get pussy - confidence and being socially able to hold a conversation will get you much more women than being an "alpha" douche bag. Just don't be a pushover that won't stand up for yourself.
