Adam Zest performed, designed and produced this awareness video https://youtu.be/Gp3v8IID-I8 for his cover of Linkin Park's, One More Light in order to raise awareness of Male Mental Health issues and also how Male Survivors of Intimate Partner Abuse / Domestic Abuse struggle with impacts on their Mental Health.

He also recorded it as a tribute to the loss of his own son, Spencer, who was stillborn in 2015 and as a message of love to his two surviving children who he has been separated from.

Please feel free to like, subscribe and comment / add your voice to the You Tube video to help Adam and us show just how many men are struggling to access mental health support or are being abused, including Parental Alienation, Stalking, emotional, verbal, physical, sexual, psychological, financial and economic abuse from intimate partners.

Please mention the Country you are from i.e. USA etc as we are preparing to take a case to the World Health Organisation and United Nations to push for better assistance for Male Survivors of abuse / Men's Mental Health. Adding your voice to this list is your way of reclaiming your power. To be heard. To be seen. To be believed. By showing up this way, together, all of us can break the silence that abusers rely upon to continue their behaviors and also break the silence around the poor state of men's mental health support services.
