You take your child out to the park, or anywhere out to play? stares, and glares, especially if your child is female.

Your kid has a tantrum when it's time to go home? You must be kidnapping them, clearly, however if the child has a tantrum with the mother no one assumes kidnapping.

And don't even get me started on school events, or any other event where children are involved.

edit: people have shared their point's of view about how this hasn't happened to them, which I'm happy about, but not a single person has talked about school events/being on school boards/PTA nonsense.
