So this "well put together explanation" was just a defensive mechanism of attacking the tone and not the message. That's fine, I guess. The person can react like that if he/she wants to interpret my message like that. A condescending tone is purely in the person's mind as he/she is reading my reply. For somebody else reading the comment, it might not be there, and I don't have much control over that other than saying it IRL. or via voice chat or something.

The advice on content was "don't take everything literally". And that's not good advice at all. If somebody says "I'm going to kill X", people should respond, and say that it's not OK to say these things, and that it reflects badly on you for saying it. People should react when people spout foolish nonsense and conspiracy theories. Especially on the internet. IRL, conspiracy nuts are shamed by the awkward silence that occurs when they open their mouths. . IRL, aggressive and hateful speech is not accepted except in the worst environments. On the internet, staying silent just gives more space for conspiracy nuts and hate

Accusing me of projection is pretty much a dead ringer that I hit the nail on the head as far as you engaging in this masturbatory faux-concern disguised as advice in order to distract from the sad and pitiful existence you lead outside of it. "Projection!" is the call of people with no true refutation.

Also you gloss over my most important point: You lack self reflection. What greater things are you doing? Because it seems like all you do is moralize on reddit and pretend you're above everyone else.
