Why do people always talk about the same shit when it comes to sexism towards men in media. They need to be tough, they are the bad guy most of the time, they serve as cannon-fodder...
The main issue I see throughout media is men being degraded to women's ability levels.
Your movie / show / game portraits an average man and average women? The man should be stronger and faster.
It depicts an elite level man / women? The man should be stronger and faster.
If media goes out of it's way to consistently portrait below average men and above average women media has to be considered sexist.
Just mentioning this completely rational stance against sexism will get you screamed at everywhere nowadays but even here most people don't seem to care and rather talk about other topics.
What gives? Do people here not recognize this issue as legit? Do they think it's not significant?
I don't understand why a topic that permeates all of media in such a central way gets so little attention.

Yeah, when media constantly claims that the women's champion is just as good as the men's champion they forget that the women's champion isn't actually a champion at all but maybe rank 200 in the world with a fancy, fake title...
