Men and women are diferent. why can't we just recognise that?

Men like things, women like people.

When given true equality of options; women choose to work with people (e.g., social sciences) and men choose to work with things (e.g., STEM).

Setting up programs to artificially balance the figures never works. It's like trying to teach a pig to sing; it wastes your time, and annoys the pig.
