It's actually surprising that a judge gave this statement. The person should be given necessary medical care in prison, for her pregnancy. But if the crime would pit a man in prison, then the same crime should put a woman in prison too. Fair is fair.

like obviously starting a riot isn’t cool and she should be punished by the law, but i don’t think she deserves anything to happen to the baby

Maybe you need to read more. She was arrested because she went against government and its anti-muslim rules.

I am no fan.of allah or Muhammad but I would stand for what is right. CAA-NRC are unconstitutional and a-hole of PMO(India) is know to burn things to get his ways. Read about Gujarat 2002.

It is not really good news. It is a steaming pile of shit in multiple dimensions which is beyond debate in this sub.

It is purely right wing politics motivated, court will not do the same judgement to pregnant women in other cases.
