I know it's an old video, but I'll comment anyway.

These are small town cops hunting for an arrest.

Like I said in another thread, I know a State Trooper from a certain state that is huge, doesn't even finish his beer.

But he thinks it's ok for people to smoke pot and take mushrooms.

And there is no WAY these two assclowns from Wildwood would ever qualify.

In this case I've always wondered. Why would anyone voluntarily submit to a breathalyzer test when they're clearly not operating a vehicle? Is there a law in NJ that compels residents to testify against themselves?
