Mexico, Germany, and Greece seem to be only countries with positive male enrollment in college

Mexico has 50.1% of males in colleges, Greece has 51.4% of men enrolled in colleges, and Germany has the highest at 51.5% of men enrolled in colleges. What do you guys think is the reason behind this?
