I recieved the motion filed by my sons mother on May 4, 2020 to amend parenting time. On the motion the Court received on April 22, 2020 and a court date was "To be determine by court" I called this same day and they confirmed my address and told me that they would be mailing me notice of the hearing. I never received notice of the hearing. I had to call yesterday and argue with the lady to give me the date and time. Is there any legal steps I can take? I said this to my lawyer and he said

"That’s extremely odd that they haven’t sent it.  They should be able to email or fax it to you.  You could give them the fax to our TC office, if that’s the only way they’ll send it to you, just set it to your attention.

In regard to the FOC, I have no idea what address they sent it to, so I don’t know what the issue is there."

Which was not helpful at all.

Anybody on here know if I can do anything about this? Or is it just one of those things that is like oh well figure it out. Our system is broken.
