Hey guys, quick question.

I have two children who reside with their mother, my ex wife. My son, 13 is telling me that his step father, my ex wife's new husband is punching holes in walls over his frustrations with their new born child. I'm just worried that this could escalate from hitting walls to hitting my kids.

What also irks me is that despite my ex filing on grounds of abuse (That NEVER OCCURED) this guy is punching walls and kicking over furniture over a fucking infant interfering with his time on the XBox, and her and her family are just oakiefucking-dokie with it.

Are there any actions I can take here legally / custody wise that would be beneficial to me?
