Here's some background info about the situation: I, (M, 13) went to a very liberal private school, where the "norm" was supporting feminism. Most of the people there support TRUE equality but there were some people who believed in their versions of "equality" but clearly couldn't give a shit about men.

During lunch, we'd normally have discussions about different topics, now one day, modern-day feminism came. Note that this was before I had discovered most MRA related thing, or called myself an MRA. However, I was smart enough to know feminists really were fighting for, and the horrible lies they spread.

While we were talking about feminism, the question "Everyone here is a feminist right?" came up. Of course, I decided to perk up and say "Oh I support equality, but not feminism." Now there was some minor outcry to this, but mostly still calm. The girl who asked the question (who was a supporter of her version of "equality") said, "Well, why don't you support it" and then I went on to talk a little bit about what bad things feminists did, what lies they told, etc. And this would be the perfect time that everyone would see that feminism is harmful to lots of people. But no.

Instead, I was greeted with multiple teenage girls right in my face shouting at me, because I spoke out against them. I was almost constantly bullied about it until I lied and said I was a feminist. I knew I couldn't tell someone about what happened because they'd just say, "Oh man up" or some other BS. Either that or even more harassment.

Is this really what feminism has come to?
