Just discovered this subreddit. I'm glad. I recently recorded an interview on the current raging debates about gender and trans rights etc etc and in it I say I'm giving up with the word gender; our 'sex' makes us different because biology controls us, but of course there are overlaps (the page for the ep is here http://belowthebush.com/podcast/ ). Any opinions on how society can better embrace the differences between men and women? To me it seems a shame to try and pretend we're all the same, and yet hard to not pigeonhole people whilst doing so or infringe upon rights.
