This post is not as serious as others and it happened a long time ago when I was in elementary school (I'm in my late 20s now). Came across this sub and was reminded of this story.

My parents enrolled my sister and I into this after-school program in elementary since they worked late and couldn't pick us up as soon as school ended. We had been in this program for a couple years at this point. There was these two girls who lived across the street from us that were enrolled in the same program. My sister was friends with them and occasionally went over to their house.

One day, I was outside at the school playground running around, playing with friends. The younger of the sisters was sitting in an awkward position on a nearby grass field. As I'm running, I tell this girl, "Hey you should put your dress down, I can see your underwear!" or something along those lines. Didn't think much of it after. Around 5:00pm, everyone was required to go inside and resume activities at the school gym. I'm playing dodge ball, minding my own business when one of the volunteer teacher grabs me by my wrist and starts yelling at me about pulling up someones dress.

Upset and confused, I'm crying my eyes out while she drags me to the cafeteria where I find the two girls and their dad giving me the dirtiest look. The teacher is yelling at me and telling me I need to apologize for sexually harassment and that my parents need to be there the following day. I'm try to explain my innocents with snot and tears all over my face, pleading that I was merely pointing out that she needed to cover herself and that there was no physical contact at all. They don't believe me and I get sent home with a letter for my parents, informing them they need to come to a mandatory meeting with the principle and "victims" parents.

When I got home, I told my parents what happened and understandably they were furious at the teachers for picking sides. The next day, my dad and I walk into the principles office with the other family already there. The principles asks the girl about her side of the story. Immediately, she admits she was lying and I never touched her. Everyone is dumbfounded and visibly annoyed. Little girl and her dad doesn't apologize, and just leaves like nothing ever happened. The teacher who grabbed my never apologized either and just avoided me for the rest of the year.

My sister stopped hanging out with them and my family moved after that year.

*Note: I'm not bitter or have any resentment towards her or anyone anymore. Was just reminded after seeing other posts on this subreddit.

TL;DR: Was accused of pulling up a girls dress. She admitted to lying as soon as school principles and parents got involved.
