Women simply shouldn't be cops or firefighters. In general. There are some that could qualify but for the most part we need people with not only considerable physical capabilities but also someone who has lived with that power and knows not to act with it untill it is absolutely necessary.

I can't fault her for doing her best.

Cops aren't superhumans, they're just people doing a tough job.

Male cops also have been overpowered by suspects.

Not all cases are about physicality, sometimes a female cop can talk a suspect down, or assist with searching/detaining female suspects, or do undercover work. In other words, they have their uses.

You still want to keep a police force at least %80-%90 male, otherwise they're just not going to get the job done.

That’s definitely a hot take. Not sure the solution is more and stronger men in our abusive police. Does strip away some of the pretenses or equality
