Those are crocodile tears if I’ve ever seen them. A man wants a divorce but rapes his wife? I don’t buy it. It’s clear that she felt he was destroying her life. The divorce, kicking her out of the apartment... it meant she’d have to get a job and support herself instead of living as a pampered housewife. She was angry that he could do this to her and still go out and have fun. So she made a terrible decision in the heat of the moment. She immediately realized she was going to be in a lot of trouble once she saw the blood. She realized how guilty she was after fleeing the scene. So she cried “rape” like all guilty women do in an attempt to save her ass. What’s fucked up is that it’s always in a he said/she said situation, never in one where the story can be corroborated. She could have gotten a rape kit to confirm her story but refused because she’s lying about it. We need to stop believing women by default, we need at least some burden of proof to weed out false claims like this. It’s scary to think that all you need to do is piss off the wrong woman and your name could be plastered all over the news being labeled a rapist after you had an attempt on your life. He said it best, it really is just like a horror movie.
