During the Coronavirus crisis, in Germany (as in many other countries), people are worried, that the number of domestic abuse victims is going to go through the roof.

But apparently, that only matters when it happens to females. There are so many posts of phone numbers you can call when you are the victim of domestic abuse, but they exclusively address women. When (mostly) men comment, asking who male victims should call, they get ridiculed. Even (somewhat) conservative (or rather levelheaded) political parties, do not seem to see the hypocrisy.
