If you have a point to make or a story to tell, make a self-post. It is not the content so much as the format that is the problem.

A big part of the problem with this misconception is many of the rape laws on the books specifically say rape has to be a forced penetration, meaning a woman by legal definition cannot rape a man, since forced envelopment does not fall under the statute.

If she sticks a finger up his ass, it's rape, but if she straddles him while he's passed out drunk? Doesn't meet the statute even though it meets the definition of forced sex.

We need to get the laws changed to encompass forced sex and not just forced penetration to start moving back to some measure of equality.
