Here we have two very similar cases. One where the victim was a female and one where the victim was a male. We have no knowledge that what either did was intended or motivated by sexuality, but charges in the female's case added a sexual component. If slapping a butt without knowledge of motivation or intent is sexual, then it should be sexual for both the male and female.
