Titles must describe the content so that:

The sexes are different and all cultures will expand on that (usually happy) fact.

Western culture WAS patriarchal in that men had children, something most African tribes cannot say even today. The West entirely quit being patriarchal in the 70s, when the right of the father to his children was abolished.

We are now watching our civilization die the natural death one would expect.
