A few weeks ago. My father passed away December 30th last year. Certain songs or smells really make me miss him and at 47 years old I've learned to just let go and cry.

I honestly dont cry much, but the past few years i have been crying a bit more frequent due experiencing numerous deaths in my family, My grandmother, great aunt and my step dad. The actual last time i have cried was probably a few months ago its not often that it happens but after several months to years i have periods of time where I break down and just silently cry thinking about everything that has gotten me to that point that i have been holding in for months or years then that process just repeats over again.

Probably daily.

I usually cry while I am in the car because I drive alone, so it doesn't bother anyone.

The real pro-trick I found is that, if you get sweaty enough at the gym, you can openly weep and people will just see perspiration and pain and think nothing of it.

It's been a rough year.
