We are in a war. An ideological war, but a war nonetheless. I have been in a deep depression for a long time and I can trace the origins back to when I was a kid, how I was treated in school. Teachers treated me differently as they did with all of the boys. I got detention a few times and I noticed that it was largely made up of young men. I didn't think much about it at the time but I recently lost a friend to suicide. He was 19 and constantly tormented through school. Mostly by the girls. The girls in our highschool had a nickname for him. His name was Peter, they called him little Peter patter (this was trying to insinuate he had a small penis, I only know that because they usually accompanied the name with that jab or one very similar). He was almost expelled for calling one of these girls a heartless bitch after years of torment. She cried and got a teacher and there was no question his insult was "unprovoked." He mentioned that in his suicide note. I tried not to cause a scene at his funeral when that same girl said they were very good friends (she wasn't mentioned by name in his note, I only knew it was her cause I was there for the incident). We as a society have taught (or let it be taught) young women to distrust and hate men. They go on saying that sensitive men should be accepted but men are already sensitive, we always have been. We're human after all. But they don't want sensitive men they want submissive men. I know this because I watched them drive my sensitive, unsubmissive friend to suicide. It's sick and I'm furious. Time to start fighting back IMO. Expose this TOXIC ideology for what it is, and free young men and young women from it's destructive grasp.
