Naya Aghaz (A New Beginning) is an initiative taken by Telenor, a telecommunication company. I believe this is sexism at its finest. Rehiring of men in any profession is met with suspicion, assumptions about the guy's character and his worth are made. There are men who support families, and or take a break due to personal reasons (sometimes due to concerns about mental health). Re-hiring of men is an issue that needs addressing. Why is it that "privilege" is gift wrapped as "diversity"?
