PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. correct me if I'm wrong. But i've been noticing a reverse form of institutional racism, where media companies in particular are PUSHING to hire more women and diversity as opposed to a qualified white MALE. It also seems that post METOO that women have all the power because they CAN NOW SUE these companies and THEY WILL WIN. Basically ANYTHING nowadays can be construed as sexual harassment. And corporations will do ANYTHING to protect brandname and AVOID LAWSUITS. So the years that women have been dressing pretty to be noticed... can now be used to sue a company portraying themselves to be victims. Women as victims do NOT lose in court and will NOT lose in a lawsuit. Hence the gender power overcorrection. PS all my bosses are women.
