A Michigan dad writes:

I need advice on how to file a grievance, or best option for St. Josesph County FOC. They have lost my file twice, lost paperwork that prevented hearings from proceeding and did t inform us until that day 4 times, told my lawyer what they needed him to turn in and then turned around and told him he didnt turn in the required paperwork, and canceled hearings without informing me or my lawyer, just adverse party. I feel like im at a dead end with them and just want to get something established besides temporary ordered visits with my son.
