She was a psycho, and a very calculating one at that. Used Cyanide and even killed one of her relatives (her husband's brother) because he asked his family to have an autopsy of the previous victim.

Also, she killed the mother of the baby to marry the widower and lay claim to the property.

Unfortunately, some people don't realize that psychopaths aren't manufactured only in one sex.

What the heck! This is absolutely horrendous! I hope the court gives her the punishment she deserves.
