He shouldn't have been arrested. That's bullshit. I doubt they'd arrest a grieving mother I'd the situation were reversed.

There's no evidence that the mother caused the child's death, though, so his blaming the court for it may be misguided. We'll see what come out with further investigation.

On September 22 it will be the two-year anniversary of the day Deborah Vanderhagen's grandson Killian lost his life.

She believes her son Jonathan Vanderhagen is justified in feeling the court cost her grandson his life.

I crossposted this a few days ago but i am genuinely quite glad its making the rounds. Personally, i feel like this man's right to free speech was violated, i dont think the bullshit state law they arrested him on is constitutionally sound but im not a lawyer, perhaps one can chime in. Regardless, this is a father that loves his son, fighting for justice even after his passing. Wish we could find out more on the mother, but of course the media doesn't like to release women's names.
