Forget the crybaby issues of homelessness, forced conscription, the male death rate, domestic violence against men, homelessness, that 22 veterans are dying by suicide every freaking day, and a myriad of other non-issues. Lets blow up the media with the real problems and solutions,.

The NY city transit authority has taken up arms against men with testicles, posting signs, and arresting men for the vile crime of "manspreading"

What's next, anyone's guess.

Good grief, feminist will deny, deny, deny....and you post a link by a feminist complaining as you proof..and then an explanation from Huffpost, not even evidence, the most anti-male, prominent outlet for misinformation? On a recent visit to the arraignment part in Brooklyn’s criminal court, PROP volunteers observed that police officers had arrested two Latino men on the charge of "man spreading" on the subway, presumably because they were taking up more than one seat and therefore inconveniencing other riders. Before issuing an [adjournment contemplating dismissal] for both men, the judge expressed her skepticism about the charge because of the time of the arrests: "12:11AM, I can't believe there were many people on the subway".

They were Arraigned for man-spreading, before a judge, and were acquitted of THAT CRIME. That is exactly why officers approached them, not because some mystic showed them that they urinated in a park. The arrest warrant did not cite "public urination", it cited "manspreading...as the judge stated.

You are arguing straw man in an attempt to marginalize the issue, that yet another false accusation has been promulgated into law against men.

We call that the feminist twist, straw man to hell, hope no one notices.

You keep talking, I'll keep exposing you...because you are lying outright, and the actual links, with actual facts, not feminist writers, prove that out. Those were the charges, those where the charges dismissed by the judge.

You seem to be missing this thing called context. All of my comments here have been directly related to the material provided by OP. All of your comments lead me to believe you are confused and looking to be triggered by facts.

What you are definitely missing is that these 2 each got citations with court dates for pissing in public and for being in a park after closing. Neither of these 2 paid the fine not went to their court dates for these charges. This lead to each of them getting warrants for failure to appear.

While having these active and valid warrants, these 2 had a run in with the law for allegedly manspreading (bullshit reason, I fully agree), but when the cops detain anyone (in this case for manspreading) they do a background check. Guess what buddy THEY BOTH HAD ACTIVE WARRANTS FOR PISSING AND THE PARK!

Did you notice that the warrants for arrest have nothing to do with gender? I've seen women piss in public, and I've seen women in parks after dark... In my story, nobody got hemmed up by cops, just because no cops were around, but the point persists: the arrests were for existing warrants, neither of which can even loosely be tied to gender.

My only point here is that prior to manspreading, they both had warrants. Having a warrant gets you automatically arrested if you encounter a cop. Still with me? Men AND women can, and do get warrants... Still there? Cool.

Here is where I fear I am going to loose you again: they got citations on the train, which lead to another court date, AS WELL AS BEING ARRESTED ON THE SPOT FOR THE EXISTING WARRANTS FOR THE PARK AND PISS.

THESE ARRESTS ARE WHOLLY IRRELEVANT TO THE GENDER.

The only thing related to gender was the train, which would have only lead to a fine and court date (which the judge dismissed). This does not free them from their prior charges, which is why they got arrested.

All of this would have been avoided had they shown up for their first court appearance.then when they met the cops on the train they wouldn't have had the warrants they wouldn't have got arrested they only would have gotten a ticket and a court date which again was dismissed.

the only thing these arrests had to do with those two gentlemen balls is it they had the balls to not show up for fucking Court.

Read your silly argument. Pretty self explanatory.

...no it would not have been avoided. They were arrested for "manspreading". That was the formal charge on a court docet, that was the case. That is what the judge ruled on. If not, they would have been arrested for violating a court order, contempt...and a judge would have to issue an order before the police could arrest for a no-show. there is no evidence of such a warrant, and there would not usually be, because public urination is not something the courts enjoy wasting time on. Usually just issue a fine to the no-show, and move on...or continue without a finding.

If you fail to appear in court when ordered, the judge can issue a warrant for your arrest. ... Once in custody, you may have to stay in jail until a hearing on your failure to appear*.*

This went to a hearing, for "man-spreading", and they were acquitted. I come from a family of police officers. We own a family law firm...and you are absolutely wrong in your claim....trying to marginalize, yet again, another oppressive feminist power move against men.

This is text book as to how it starts.

This is how it started with divorce discrimination, the education disparity, employment disparity, false accusations, why male DV victims are more likely to be arrested then sheltered under Duluth (another, oh, its not really against men argument). It is why MeToo witch hunts exist, why over 800 colleges were trying to push vacating our bill or rights, voiding due process, setting agenda where boys were be seen as guilty first, and required to prove their innocence in a kangaroo court. It is why, the APA is now declaring all masculinity to be a dangerous ideology in need of cure. Apathy and ignorance.

Excuses, argument that we are just being extreme, it's not a problem, it was something else...and it is exactly why we are here now, people like you, blind, deaf, and dumb, arguing excuse that do not exist, fabricating alternate reasons rather than focus on yet another item of oppression against men that has come to fruition, validated, and added to a very long list that will only get longer as the situation gets worse for men and boys.

Your argument, your belief, your excuses are as much a problem as the crazies pushing this absolute nonsense and hate for all things men...and I'm done wasting my time with this.
