This is a response post to another post I made on /r/teenagers about my experiences with sexual harrassment from women. If you haven't read that post keep scrolling this won't make sense; however, you can find the post here:

Firstly, I can't thank everyone enough for the kind words and support I've gotten on my post. I truly thought that only a few people would read my post but it blew up and I can't thank people enough for that. Secondly, I usually like to respond to all the comments on my post but this blew up so much I only got to some, please know I read all the comments and your words have been noticed. However, not all these words have been positive and I would like to address some negative points some have made in the post.

-No one is saying guys can't be sexually harrassed.

No one is taught sexual harrassment is ok. However, the lines between women and men are drawn differently for what society considers sexual harrassment (in my opinion). Some actions a women can do to a man and easily get away with. But if I a man does it to a woman, all hell breaks loose. All hell should break loose for everyone. Moreover, they may know its sexual harrassment but may think you'll enjoy it since your man, which is just untrue.

-More Men sexually harrass men then women sexually harrass men.

I can't talk for others experiences, but in mine that's not the case. For me, it's been by women, however I have read comments on the post of people telling their stories. And it seems like it's more women then men. However, there was a large amount of male on male sexual harrassment.

-I want to be sexually harrassed.

No you don't. Plain and simple. People aren't asking for permission. They aren't doing it for you to enjoy it, it's for their pleasure. They don't give a fuck about you, they want to hurt you in some cases. It's not an enjoyable experience. If you consider to be an enjoyable experience I don't think you would consider it sexual harrassment.

-Your denying the fact women are sexually harrassed more?

Women are sexually harrassed more than men. I don't really see how you can deny that. It's just a fact. I have nothing but support for women. I'm not in any way saying women don't get sexually harrassed. I'm saying men do too. And even if it's less it's still should be talked about.

-Just man up don't be a pussy.

That's just toxic masculinity. Keeping this kinda shit inside is so unhealthy. I'm not gonna explain anymore because it's such a common problem among men I hope you already know why this is bad.

Please also note these comments were a minority compared the support I got. Thank you guys for your support. It truly means a lot. This is an issue that needs to be talked about more. Don't let this be the end. Keep spreading the word! Finally, to all those who donated Reddit Silver, Gold and Platinum, I already responded to your messages and I again thank you much.
