Ok so I would like to share my personal story on here, since I feel safe doing so as I don’t’ want to tell it to people who know me in real life. For context, I am a 16 year old guy who is 5’7 and had a girlfriend when this incident happened.

So I went to work on a Friday, and it was going to be a normal close shift until 12:30. I worked at a trampoline park in a small town so some nights were busy and some were dead. Tonight was looking really dead until I went to a restaurant to get some food on my break and came back. When I did, I saw a group of girls walking in along with a lot of other people. I ate and came back out, and they were talking to the shift lead on duty that night. Then I recognised one of the girls from track who I was really good friends with. Her name for privacy’s sake will be Arianna. For some imagery, she is about 5’5 and about half of her was torso, and half is in the legs. When she saw me she gave me a side hug, which told me she had turned into a basic bitch. (The funny part was on insta a while before, she put a poll up of “best memories” and I said track. She said that she didn’t remember much but she does remember me). So, I went out onto the floor (Where the tramps are) and got back to work. She was on the other side of the park from me, talking with the managers. The night was supposed to be kinda chill because most people knew each other. Well, after a long 1hr she and her group of friends finally decided to leave. This meant that the shift leads, who all knew her, decided to start working again. I asked the head lead if I could start cleaning to close quicker and he was chill with that. So I went into the break room to start getting the supplies to clean the boys bathroom. There I saw Arianna (pedestrians are not supposed to be in the break room because of the chemicals and because there are no cameras) and her friends changing in front of all the guys who just got off because it was 10:00. I squeezed past all of the girls to get to the chemical closet which has spray bottles. I picked up a bottle of Virex in my left hand and a microfiber cloth in my right hand. Then I turned to see Arianna and she gave me a full on hug. I said nice to see you, and she said it back and smiled. The bottle and cloth were in my hands. Then I proceeded to go clean the boys bathroom. I get a call on my walkie to come to the office. My main shift lead tells me he is sad or hear that I grabbed Arianna’s butt when she hugged me. I immediately asked the question of who reported it. It turns out that Ellie (her friend for privacy’s sake) had come in here and acted out what happened. But the problem is that she was talking to the guys in the break room at the time so she couldn’t have seen it. And they were too busy staring at her tits to have seen me. I said to the shift leads that it was impossible because I had a bottle of Virex and cleaning cloth in my hand, which you could see when I left the break room. They immediately put me on probation and filed it as a sexual harassment claim. I then was forced to quit my job when my manager came back from her business trip because she heard what happened and didn’t want me to have that on my record. She didn’t believe a second of what the shift leads told her but the report had been sent to HR so it was too late. I was forced to quit my first job because some girls got the benefit of the doubt after they showed their tits to the shift leads. I would like to thank my manager for helping me, as she said she would give a reference to any other job I applied to and wiped my slate clean so the report was on someone who had already quit.
