I fell like this sentence is very harsh and does not even make sense on a societal level. Taking the 30 last most productive years of this person for basically pulling a fast one on some jail employees.

There should be policies in place that prevent some random girl being able to bust out her boyfriend without any proper identification.

Does not feel just to me
