Just got out of an LTR and it feels weird. I lift everyday and have a pretty alpha male mindset, I'm just rusty and don't know how to start talking to women again.

Also what's the general consensus here on social media? I haven't used it to get girls since I got in my LTR but now I feel awkward just DMing a girl out of nowhere?
